By accessing or using Coursetack, you agree to these Terms of Service.

SECTION 2

Eligibility

Users must meet the minimum legal age required in their country or have permission from a parent or guardian.

SECTION 3

User Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities under their account.

SECTION 4

Creator Accounts

Creators may publish courses, digital products, coaching programs, and live learning sessions. Creators retain ownership of their content while granting Coursetack a non-exclusive license to host, distribute, and market it on the platform.

SECTION 5

Payments

Payments may include course purchases, membership subscriptions, live event tickets, AI credits, and creator subscriptions. Applicable taxes may apply.

SECTION 6

Creator Revenue

Creators receive revenue according to the active Creator Agreement and Revenue Share Policy. Payment schedules, fees, and withdrawal thresholds are available in the Creator Dashboard.

SECTION 7

AI Features

AI-generated content is provided as an assistance tool. Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before publication.

SECTION 8

Prohibited Activities

Users may not upload illegal content, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, manipulate payments, abuse AI systems, harass other users, or share copyrighted content without permission.

SECTION 9

Intellectual Property

All Coursetack software, branding, designs, AI systems, and proprietary technologies remain the property of Coursetack. Users retain ownership of content they create.

SECTION 10

Account Suspension

Coursetack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

SECTION 11

Limitation of Liability

Coursetack is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform.

SECTION 12

Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

SECTION 13

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Coursetack is incorporated, unless otherwise required by local consumer protection laws.
